Pretty cross that "next day delivery" means not next day, not the two days of the weekend following, but AFTER the weekend. No mention of a refund on the delivery charge. Thanks Next, glad to know ten years of spending money with you pays off.

Delivered really poor quality ruined items, then use Evri to collect it who can't be bothered to turn up. Will never bother with John Lewis again, two weeks of aggravation. Customer services so pointless.

Halifax like to send out replacements for expired debit cards 2nd class post at the last minute - even when they know there's a Bank Holiday weekend and a pre-announced strike postal coming up. Appalling.

Named day delivery parcel sent to wrong depot. Contains perishable products so disrupted my whole weekend. Very poor.
