At least I was refunded...

I ordered custom stickers for an upcoming event. I uploaded the artwork and paid extra for the quickest shipping option. My estimated delivery was the following week. After four weeks I still had yet to receive my order and after getting in touch, it still hadn't been printed. It was a bummer that my first time using this company fell short but at least the customer service reps were helpful and refunded me.

Captain Cyan is fabulous! I order from them very frequently and they've done multiple different items such as foamex boards, vinyl stickers, and large banners. The team is absolutely wonderful and so helpful with quick replies and friendly service. The items received are good quality and just what I ordered.

Great customer service and just what I was looking for. I do wish the back of the labels were blank rather than having the company engraved on the back. Other than that, it was perfect.
