Four orders missing - all due on 4 October and no human to speak to!
I have four orders missing that should have been delivered on Saturday 4 October. I have used the chat service multiple times, and I keep getting the same auto email from a “Claire” who promises to get in touch with me before 10am the next day. And nothing happens. So I contact them again using the live chat and the same thing happens. To have four different orders, from four different companies go missing is ridiculous. I also called the number left in previous reviews - and guess what? No one has called me back. It’s a message that’s copied and pasted to show they are trying - with no one responding.
