Four orders missing - all due on 4 October and no human to speak to!

I have four orders missing that should have been delivered on Saturday 4 October. I have used the chat service multiple times, and I keep getting the same auto email from a “Claire” who promises to get in touch with me before 10am the next day. And nothing happens. So I contact them again using the live chat and the same thing happens. To have four different orders, from four different companies go missing is ridiculous. I also called the number left in previous reviews - and guess what? No one has called me back. It’s a message that’s copied and pasted to show they are trying - with no one responding.

- and just look below. It’s the same copy and pasted number that I’ve already rang *FACEPALM*

Shocking treatment if you’re a Next account holder,m

We have had Next Unlimited for years and have never had any issues. However in recent years we noticed some of our returns were not credited back to the account - and my god it’s been awful. You’re treated like a thief, you’re not given any customer service at all - even when providing evidence such as video footage and Evri receipts. It’s been over a year since I had any problems but I have recently, and it’s been a truly awful experience. I have multiple shopping accounts with some big brands and I’ve never ever been made to feel like this. Even when asking to raise a complaint - you are completely ignored. I’d avoid an account with them. Try another high street store.

Outstanding in every way

I sold my house through Normie. They were the third estate agent I used - after using larger nationwide firms, and I realised after having help from Nigel and Nicole that you really should stick to local firms. They both went above and beyond for me. I got a brilliant price for my house, they arranged viewings and at the end when I changed solicitors Nicole personally helped the transition so we could make the stamp duty deadline. 5 stars isn’t enough.

The best in the business

I went to Ruth at GLP because they were local to me to handle my sale.
I then made a major mistake and went with a firm recommended by my family, and what a catastrophic error that was. It was only after trying another firm that I realised how amazing they are at GLP. Now that GLP have handled both my sale and purchase, I will be going to Ruth to do our wills and anything else I ever need. House sales are stressful enough, but mine was made harder than it needed and I cried to Ruth because I was so stressed she was incredible. Jen is also a massive asset to the firm, and was always at the end of the phone when I needed her.

Really poor service when you have a problem

Used this a couple of times and happily paid the £14.99 fee.

However I tried to reactivate, paid the £14.99 - and still couldn’t actually view my credit file. After a frustrating morning - I emailed them and asked them to cancel which they did but they didn’t refund me despite the fact that even with screenshots showing them the error messages - I could not view my credit file.

Exceptional customer service

I think a number of retailers need to take note from new look customer service.

I’ve had an issue with my order where I wasn’t happy with an item I received. They sorted it out within minutes!! It makes me keep ordering repeatedly. Better variety on there in various sizes too.

Outstanding service - excellent company

I’ve had a really amazing experience with Hollister. I purchased a really expensive coat for my daughter that was stolen - they could see this in the order history. It was ordered just over a month ago. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do and they kindly sent me 10% off. Most companies would not do that - it’s saved £££ off the price of the coat and I’m so grateful.

An outstanding day for my girls. Both of them have had the best day doing the Christmas experience. The brownies and milkshakes went down a treat. Special shout out to Dan for looking after us and talking a no make up mum through that essentials! My girls adored chatting with him. All the staff are incredible.

Shocking Customer Service. Avoid.

They’re great…until you have a problem.
I ordered 6 large Matt black cupcake boxes and 3 small Matt black cupcake boxes - and they all arrived discoloured, scuffed, and one had been visibly wiped down with a liquid which left marks. Like they’ve been stored somewhere horrible.
I sent them photos via email. I got an immediate apology from Mary and she said they’d refund. Then I got an email to say no sorry we’re going to issue a credit note. I declined and she said we’ll offer a replacement. I asked them to quality check the boxes before sending. The replacement arrived and they were all just as dirty and scuffed. I’ve since emailed them and asked to return the whole lot, and to ask for a refund. They’ve gone silent. No refund. No email about returning the boxes. I’ve used them so many times but it seems like they just don’t know how to put things right. Very disappointed. Will definitely try another company going forward.

Firstly

Firstly - their complaints procedure says you can call them…but I called and a lady called Naomi told me that you must email, and you cannot complain via phone.

I had a surveyor who came to my property to value my home for a mortgage valuation. I asked him what he thought - and he abruptly said “I’m not allowed to say”…I did apologise. I’ve never had a survey and I didn’t know what to expect or what I was supposed to do or say - which I did explain.

He then took out his feelings on our survey when he was here for 5 minutes (which I can verify on my CCTv).

They clearly don’t care how their surveyor’s act. Please don’t use them going forward. Use a reputable firm.

Please don't spend your money on this…

Please don't spend your money on this website. I got my order and it was like someone had played football with the box! It was shocking! I emailed them and got absolutely nothing back from them other than saying they would feed it back to their warehouse. Avoid it. Go to any other premium beauty brand - believe me I have shopped at them all - and this was the worst experience I've had.
