Staff excellent always helpful.Good products at a decent price.One point I would like to make is about charity donations I will give when I can as a pensioner in the current climate, but I dislike it being pushed at me after a small purchase.But this is a personal dislike and might persuade me to shop elsewhere.Charity is important but approach it differently please.

Very pleased with the service polite and helpful.Recently bought a rise and recline chair for my wife really pleased with it ,did a review and was promised £10 off my next order never got my £10 off voucher just now purchased Adapta Table £69.99 tried to get the discount but I have no voucher number also when I bought the chair I got VAT relief why is this not possible with the adapta table I have just paid £11.66 vat on this item surely it also should be vat free being fit my disabled wife. Apart from that Iam satisfied with the service and treatment I received thank you.

Excellent product excellent service. Two man delivery brilliant. One negative point I would highlight if you send customer delivery driver telephone number to customers make sure the driver has that phone. Called driver twice not available he called me for directions which I gave when he got here he said oh the phones are mixed the number you got sent may not be correct.
