Everything about this company is about convenience. Order your bag and it arrives, fill it as you need up to 6 months later you can arrange your collection. They come out and before you know it the bag has been picked up. Just a great way to work, and I have never had any issue with this company.

I have mixed reviews for this. When I went to place my first order I got a discount code which went through, however after paying via PayPal the discount had been removed. I am still awaiting a response from customer services for a resolution after 3 weeks. However I was pleased with the return process as one of the items was damaged, the return was easy and the refund prompt.

Very happy with the prompt response from Holly, and how quickly she sorted my issue out. Love Joseph Joseph products and will continue to purchase from the website.
