The hotel was of a reasonable standard

The hotel was of a reasonable standard, but was let down by the room allocated to us. At the time of booking in and also on your hotel paper our room was stated as a superior room, If this was so I would not like to stay in a non superior room. We had the following faults with this room no 134.
1) Wallpaper squares behind main door was pealing off wall
2) Large gaps in bathroom floor ,possible health hazard
3) Bottom back of toilet very badly stained brown.
4) No sun beds provided on balcony as other rooms around pool.
All other areas of the hotel seemed up to standard.
I feel that we over paid for the room which in our opinion we not superior standard and feel a refund should be made.

Great location and staff were helpful…

Great location and staff were helpful only draw back were the 20 steps up to the reception and although i I had booked a down stairs /ground floor room there were another 10 steps to negotiate. Also the alternative slopes to the reception were very steep and unlit at our time of arrival 23.30 until you reached the top of the stairs. The beach bar /restuarant are excellant and staff are very helpfull.
