I have never experienced unprofessionalism as much as I have with direct4baby.
I have tried to contact the company via calls and emails and not even a callback or an acknowledgement of any sort!
Feel so sad cos I referred a friend and we both need to exchange our products but have not been successful for over 1 month now!

Got a 4 door Dakota wardrobe. Customer service was fab. Will be back to update the product!
