I reported a central heating fault on…

I reported a central heating fault on the 8th of Oct. Was waiting 47min. before someone anwsord the phone. I was told that I would have someone would be at my home within 48 hours. Waited from 08.00am till 18.00 no one came. Reported it the same day. They then said someone be here on Friday again sat all day and again nobody showed up. Reported it again and was assured that someone would be here on Monday. Again never appeared. Absolutely disgusting service. So happy that you have lost your contract with Wigan Council
