DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a chandelier from them and it was a complete nightmare. The packaging was a disaster, the chandelier didn’t look anything like the photos and the quality was extremely poor. I was in shock when I received some piece of junk from China when I paid a lot of money for it. I wouldn’t even pay $50 for it bc it was that bad.
I had to really fight for the return label even though their website says, free returns within 30 days and it took them a month to send it to me. They will drag it on and on and keep coming up with different excuses hoping you’ll give up.
I returned the chandelier the day I received the label bc I wanted it out of my house ASAP and I was tired of dealing with them.
I had to reach out to my CC company for my money back bc they completely ghosted me even though they received the return.
It was the worst purchase I have ever made and dealing with them gave me the worst anxiety.
I wish I did more research before ordering from this company. Seeing only positive reviews should’ve been a red flag. They remove all the bad reviews so people have no idea how this company really is.

Worst customer service ever!
I called customer service last week to ask a question about the coat I have ordered online and she was extremely rude. I believe her name was Ally? She seemed distracted by whatever she was doing and it sounded like she was working from home.
Anyways, I received the coat today which was over $3000 and it has some defects. it looks like they sent me a coat that was a already worn and returned.
I reached out to customer service about my concerns and it seems like she didn’t even read my email.
Her email sounded like an automated response.
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and the service that I’ve received I’m just going to return the coat tomorrow. Hopefully the return process won’t be as difficult!
