Good store, bad delivery partner
The turntable and accessories are great, buying experience is smooth.
Unfortunately there’s no way to choose a delivery service, so you get UPS, which is usually terrible. So was in this case. I thought I was smart when I rerouted it towards a collection point. Experience tells me that it’s much more practical than to expect them to actually deliver something to your home. Well, they autosuggested a good collection point, I agreed. And then they delivered it to another point nowhere near me! Well-played.
So yeah, good store, terrible delivery partner. Standard post would be much better.
