Thank you for your review and taking the time to pass on your feedback. While we strive to accomodate our clients as much as possible, we, like most businesses, have a policy of not providing a refund for gift cards. There are a few reasons for this but one of the main reasons is that gift cards are usually purchased with the intention of providing it as a present to another individual. Issuing refunds and subsequently cancelling the gift card has the potential to adversely impact the use or intended use (at a later date) for the recipient of the gift card.

That said, we genuinely value your feedback as it allows us to identify areas where we can consider and improve.
