Prompt delivery but badly shaken up plants

Delivery was prompt and the driver was very courteous. Parcel hand delivered at the front door.
Upon opening the large carton of 3 plants it was evident the carton had not been carefully handled in transit and probably not kept upright. One plant with its soil had lifted and shifted to a 45 degree angle in its pot. A fair amount of soil had spilled from each of the plants into their respective clear polythene bags.

Great sound

Great sound, easy programming favourites.Has DAB, DAB+ and FM. Your most listened-to music type can be easily set in Settings. We like the overal design and the duck egg blue colour.

Expensive but effective

This was my first time using this product. I followed instructions on the side of the container and it worked perfectly on our natural sandstone paths and patio. It worked just as well on the bricks that make up the path edges too. It hasn’t had any detrimental effect on the lawn that abuts a path either. However I probably didn’t have the correct grade face mask and had some unusual sporadic coughing for days afterwards. I’ll need to find out and buy the correct face mask next time. It’s a pity the company don’t sell them. The spot remover is quite expensive but it gets the job done well. It will be interesting to see how long it stays this way. I did it in November but it might be better to wait until Spring.

Overall very pleased.

I received a good price for my bulk order, for the second time, and very helpful customer service from Harvey in the Bulk Order Dept. The paper and print quality are excellent. The calendars were printed and dispatched promptly by PhotoBox. The 24hr delivery service I paid for was let down by Royal Mail who gave me a 48hr delivery.
The calendars don’t have the King Charles III public holiday (May 8th) printed in them even though I alerted them to this many days before ordering. PhotoBox could also improve their very poor phone answering. On several occasions I had to resort to emailing them for a discount code etc when ordering.

Website could be more user friendly.

Whilst the photos at size A4 were fine, I found the calendar process on the website to be less than intuitive. For example if one has more than one unfinished projects, i.e. one saved and one being edited, there’s no indication on the website of the name of the project being edited whilst editing i.e. am I working on the A4 calendar or the A3.
I found that some photos that I had uploaded needed better editing in Photoshop and so uploaded a better version but there was no apparent way to remove the unwanted photos.
Whilst responding to this review I’m being asked to quote my 16 digit order no! This could surely be either included in the email that asked for the review or added to the form. Another example of not trying hard enough to make it easy for the customer.
