For now I have to give Clear Minds one star. I signed up for trial and then at the end of the trial I signed up for their monthly plan. They took the money for this before then charging me for the yearly plan on top of what I'm paying for the monthly. This is not cool. There is no way to contact support on their website so this seems to be the best way to express this issue.

After some initial issues processing the payment for a claim it was all sorted. I gather their payment processor cannot process payments to certain banks. However, it was sorted in the end. Thank you.

Great courses but I'm wary of their paid events. The Financial Freedom event I attended a few months ago was laughable in terms of how little they actually taught and how hard they pitched their $15K program (which it seems was not delivered to a high standard based on reviews).

Also they have totally stopped genuine users from engaging (no more than 2 comments a day), in order to prevent people from falling for very obvious scams from spammers.

Firstly, I highly suggest the MindValley recognise they made a big mistake and hurt their brand reputation with the Financial Freedom event. They did recognise this at the time and even adjusted the schedule for the final day to try to make up for it, but it didn't really do so in my opinion.

Secondly, I suggest the MindValley team educate and inform their members so they don't fall for such obvious scams and allow users to engage again.

Educate and empower. I do not believe MindValley benefits from being a 'nanny platform' and limiting the freedom of all members to engage in order to protect the very small minority that will fall for the incredibly obvious scams of the spammers.

If it was not for the mess up at the live event and their 'nanny state' approach, they would have 5 stars, but they lose 1 star for each of these issues.

I will update this review based on any progress they make to address these issues.

Update: Updated to 4 stars as the courses are very good. I am still wary of their paid events based on my experience.

Update: Back to 3 stars as the app does not work and even accessing mediations on the website is super buggy. Basically they have good courses but the other aspects of the business have a lot of work to be improved.

Update:
Some issues with slow support, but hoping things can work out. The campaign is about to go live and I'll update this based on the experience (i.e. does it work properly).

Simple things with editing DNS records are kinda glitchy. Support is being painfully slow. They have given no suggestions on what the error is about or how to fix it.

Update: Changes made to DNS records by the support have totally messed up the site. Be careful.

In the past, I've had good experiences with this company. However, currently, it's not even possible to access a course bought from them a few days ago. While the support team does respond, they have been unable to provide access to the course.

This review will be updated when access to the course is granted.

Update: 20 days since paid for the course and still no access. Their intake form is messed up and redirects to the wrong course! I have sent many back-and-forth emails, screen recordings and suggestions to get my account set up but they have not sorted it. I dread to think how they would handle more complex issues that might pop up during their courses and programs.

Bit late for that now. I gave Mawer's team a long time to get it sorted and they were totally unable to. I would do the course but only if I was paid to do it. Have since found FAR higher quality resources relating to AI and online business growth.

And wow... these one star reviews are stacking up ehh.

Any by the way, all the 5 star reviews are left by people who bought a low ticket item and were encouraged to leave a good review. I know this because I also once bought the same DFY ads product. They are NOT from people that have paid for his coaching services.

I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT pay for his coaching programmes. There are countless people online who have been conned by Rudy and his team.

The software seems good, however I feel a little misled as you can't download ANYTHING without paying for it. This is unfair on your users as many people will feel they have wasted a lot of time. This really should be sorted out and stop misleading people.

UPDATE: Warning! Visme is trying to have negative reviews hidden and taken down. I had to fill in a form with extra information or this review was going to be removed - I've never had to do that before.

This platform is veering on being an outright scam (in fact, I would argue they are).

Honestly, do not fall for their lies. They still have not introuduced many of the promised features and it is still so very buggy. But they sure DO try and sell you a load of other stuff, which I assume, through assocaition with Mike FilSCAM and Groove, is also garbage.

To be clear, I am no longer trying to love this platform. I have spent a lot of money on digital marketing and online business stuff (courses, programmes, software etc) and this BY FAR the worse investment I ever made in this field.

AVOID IT!

There are some great legitimate platforms which I do recommend (not an affiliate for any of them, but I have used them and appreicate them). The main two I would recommend are systeme.io or HighLevel. I believe ClickFunnels is also good, but it is expensive. I currently use HighLevel and it is great.

Have a read into Mike Filsaime's background and you will find that while he is an experienced digital marketer, he is certainly not one of the 'good guys' but more so appears to be one of the many (somewhat successul) marketing bros who will take your money and run.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I'm trying to love it, however sometimes its hard. It is often very buggy and many things which should be real simple and intuitive are set up to be fiddly and difficult.

It was supposed to be out of beta many months ago now, however from my experience it is still very much an experimental beta project. Not what you want if you are trying to be quick and effective with your time.

I am really considering using one of their competitors now, systeme.io.

UPDATE: Had some issues in the past however support was helpful and things have been smooth since.

Impact Payments have been great so far. It was an easy switch form my previous supplier (a nasty company who must not be named!).

The terminal is modern and has a sleek look which really helps woo my customers.

Plus its so easy to use that even my nephew had a go (he's not even 2 yet so this was super impressive!)

To top it all off, it's great to be help support social change for those in need and Impact Payments helps to do this.
