I would give them a 0 on this rating if it were possible. After numerous emails and calls I finally received an email after my last call with a representative saying that my refund is being processed. Unfortunately the website recorded two orders that I did not complete on the same day and they have sent me more product which I now have to prove I have returned and pay for the return. Buyer beware! C.B.

I recently returned a puzzle that I had bought previosly. I went through the simple return process and have been told that a refund has been issued. It was easy. I have purchased many puzzles from White Mountain. They are good quality.

I provided all of the information about my health providers and my health. I had a mini physical and results were normal. I received an email on March 5, 2024 from Banner Life stating that on my advisor's request they had withdrawn my life insurance application. No explanation.

The puzzle arrived on time and sll of the pieces were there.

The ear rings arrived in a timely fashion. They are pretty and I am looking forward to wearing them. C.B.

I have bought over 30 puzzles. Usually they are high quality and the pieces fit well. I have had issues with 2 puzzles recently. One came with 2 pieces missing. I contacted White Mountain. They quickly replaced it with another puzzle. Unfortunately, the puzzle that I had completed was out of stock. This was unfortunate because I wanted to glue this puzzle to frame it. The other puzzle had a unique problem. The picture parts of the puzzle were coming off of the puzzle. They replaced the puzzle. I love their puzzles with 1000 pieces. I like the suze of the pieces. I enjoy many if their puzzle designs. Over time I have glued and framed at least 9 puzzles to rotate hanging in our house.

Modli has well made swimwear that looks great. This is my second order from them. C.B
