I would give them a 0 on this rating if it were possible. After numerous emails and calls I finally received an email after my last call with a representative saying that my refund is being processed. Unfortunately the website recorded two orders that I did not complete on the same day and they have sent me more product which I now have to prove I have returned and pay for the return. Buyer beware! C.B.
