Eventhough my rental was a few dollars more expensive than on other site, I have rented with VIP before and I loved their service (cancellation and inmediate reimbursement policy). Hoping it will stay this good!

Acecosm, I love you! you are fantastic ! your products, the customer service, everything! the only comment I would have this time is the delivery. Fedex left my package outside my building!! on a day of 40 Celsius temperature!!! I was never contacted by them at any time, just dropped my package outside, almost in the middle of the street (luckily nobody took it! I would have died!!;-P and my package stayed there for more than 3 hr before my husband got home and saw it!!! absolutely unacceptable! please talk to them...
