We have used Kindergifts many times now for our children’s’ birthday parties. We love it! It’s super user friendly, simple to keep track of RSVPs and of course - we love teaching our kids a little about how fortunate they are to be able to give ❤️❤️
Sent adult mouth guard when I ordered a junior mouth guard. Understand that errors happen, however I have sent 2 emails in the past 5 days about the issue/getting a replacement and I have yet to receive any response…..

Please do send screenshot of these so that I can match them to our system and assist further with your query. With regards to confusion on the size of your order, it is showing that a Junior size was sent out to you. Please do send photos and confirm your postal delivery address, I will be happy to send a replacement. This will be sent as priority in the New Year as we are now closed for the Christmas period until 3/1/23
So disorganised. Both my parents used the service over the past week. Both had horrible experiences, late results, missing results, etc .. added a load of unnecessary stress onto their journeys. Avoid!!
