Wrong product received and no indication of when I will receive correct order

Sent adult mouth guard when I ordered a junior mouth guard. Understand that errors happen, however I have sent 2 emails in the past 5 days about the issue/getting a replacement and I have yet to receive any response…..


Which email address should I be writing to? I wrote to sales & info email address with photo attached .. thx!

I have looked into your concerns with communication, and unfortunately, I am unable to find email communications from you. Please do send screenshot of these so that I can match them to our system and assist further with your query. With regards to confusion on the size of your order, it is showing that a Junior size was sent out to you. Please do send photos and confirm your postal delivery address, I will be happy to send a replacement. This will be sent as priority in the New Year as we are now closed for the Christmas period until 3/1/23
