Order has not shown up and faceless…

Order has not shown up and faceless organisation that is impossible to contact... Be prepared to spend a huge amount of wasted time getting caught in the bot cycle

no tracking, farmed to 3rd party, late delivery

I ordered a monitor on Thursday and paid for Saturday delivery as that was the earliest option. No tracking details were provided and I waited around all day but nothing turned up. It turns out Laptops direct took the order and I presume their cut of money and farmed my order out to a 3rd party so have no control or details of the delivery. Don't use if you are relying on a delivery slot… lies in the reply, same as the lies I got from their logistics team

Please accept my apologies for the issues you faced with the delivery of your order. This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have.

I assure you this has been fed back to our Logistics Team, who will work with our drivers to improve when necessary.

I can see your order was delivered on 30/09 and our customer service team refunded the delivery fee, please allow 3-5 working days for it to appear in your account.
