Pro EV engineer Daniel turned up at 8.30 on the dot, talked me through the process from start to finish, let me know excactly what he was doing at every stage including when he needed to turn the power off (power was off for 5 minutes) then got me hooked up to the app. Absolutely seemless from start to finish, really neat job and cleaned up after himself too, would highly recommend.

Brilliant, took out the ultimate policy when I bought my Jaguar XF 2 years ago, at £975 I thought it was a bit pricey, but I'm so glad I did, I've just put in my 3rd claim and as with the other claims it was a hassle free and pleasant experience, Alexis handled my claim this morning and she really couldn't have been more helpful and professional. My first 2 claims were for various sensors and they found me a garage and dealt with everything from start to finish, I just had to drop off my car and pick it up when done . . No payment, no fuss. The claim today was for a wheel hub (bearings) I didn't expect to be able to claim as I expected this to come under wear and tear at 58000 miles, but if you don't ask :-) on this occasion I found my own garage and got the work done, sent the invoice to them this morning, money in my account this afternoon . . . Absolutely outstanding :-)
