Great Price and the boots are lovely, I would say though that packaging or parcels needs to be looked at, I bought these as a gift but they we placed in their box inside a bag, sage to say when Evri had finished with them the box was completely ruined, had to place boots in a gift bag. Maybe an additional box would help when posting them out

delivery never arrived, long time spent on phone to sort it out. Is now sorted and refund given, I was told I needed to reorder items again if I till wanted them, only to find out one is now not available. Not the best.

Fast free delivery just before Christmas. Good service. Only thing I would say is the packaging wasn't great, which meant the box inside was slightly dented. Defiantly needs more padding.

After ordering something for next day delivery to store and travelling to collect I was told by store that next day doesn’t mean next day and I should complain with the online people as it keeps happening.
So I did, reason given was covid has made it difficult to honour the next day thing. I understand things are hard at the moment I really do, but if you can’t offer next day then don’t advise it!!! A long trip for nothing!
On a plus side I managed to get everything we ordered from Waterstones instead (more money mins you) and got a full refund.
