The optician who came was helpfull, knew his stuff, and answered all, and any queries I had.
I do think, however, that the Outside Clinic is afflicted with the same problem as other oticions, in that they REALLY know how to charge. Unfortunatly, as a captive customer base the is little one can do, except pay up and smile.
