Damaged unit replaced very quickly
After taking delivery of a gas fireplace and discovering some damage, the customer support team went right to work scheduling a free replacement and return of the damaged original. R+L Carriers were also great. Respectful, timely, and very good communication.
I would most definitely purchase from them again. There will always be one problem or another. What matters is how well you resolve it. 5 stars for you all!
