Went into Slaters, Cheltenham at around 3.30pm looking for a dinner suit for my son this Saturday having received an email from M&S on delivery day to say order delayed with no idea when it will arrive. They could not of been more helpful, understanding the predicament and got us sorted. Absolutely went above and beyond, ringing other stores too. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They want you to leave with the perfect suit and enjoy wearing it. Such a great service, shopping experience and unbelievably reasonable prices which include free alterations too. Thank you

Great service from Bobby and Luke today. I initially spoke to Bobby who took me through everything to get a quote for my son's insurance. Nothing was too much trouble. I missed his call back so then spoke with Luke to finalise everything. He too took time to give various options and check everything was as I wanted. Both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and Nothing too much trouble. A Credit to the business. Thank you both very much.

We had a very long wait between games - over 2 hours. Spent way more time waiting than playing matches. Think need more pitches.
The seniors should perhaps play on a different day to the children.
