Great Service from the Birmingham team!
Despite my initial communication being somewhat hazy, once I was put in the hands of Suzette, things couldn’t have been better. I was given a full video of the car, highlighting all the features and details of the car before being offered a test drive or deposit payment. There was no persuasion to make a deal or to buy a car I didn’t like. I then went to test drive the car, and was given the time to make my own decisions, my own thoughts on whether this was the right car for me. Then the team ensured that the car would be perfect for when I wanted to pick up including refurbishing some damage on some of the alloys, taking out the small scratches on the boot, offering to print my new personalised registration plates, and to even pick me up from the station, which was a lovely gesture! I was well informed then from placing my deposit to picking up the car, and the phone line was always free should have I needed to call. My only comment is that their Warranty is ridiculously priced even compared to other dealers - however obviously this is an optional extra! Pick up day was smooth and quick, and again all the team were so friendly, an additional shout out to Paul the manager who wasn’t afraid to speak to the customers and even wished me well with my new car. The team were absolutely brilliant and I am very happy with my new car!
