Customer service was fantastic

Customer service was fantastic. I understand there are rules and procedures put in place for a company, but my rep did not make me feel like just another number. She understood my situation and went above and beyond to help make it right. I am a loyal Elvie customer now and tell my other breastfeeding moms at my support group just how great Elvie is!
