Not trustworthy, I requested the test results from their garage and they initially said that I should have requested at the time then they said the results are not saved whatsoever. I spent money with their AA smart care service to test my car and they are not willing to provide me test results. I complained and no response received. Ended with a complaint to the bank for refund as service wasn’t provided.

Update: Each has to decide …who has trust issues, the garage that disconnect the customers dash camera (without asking) that is designed to monitor driving(not service on the car) or the customers that are not even offered a minimum facility (in your own waiting space) to observe the work.
The car was not in for MOT and was not serviced in MOT area.
After 30 years of trade your practices are an insult for any of your existing and potential new customers.
Trust issues. They do not have cameras to see what service they do to your car. They have 2 cameras that covers MoT area only. They also disconnected my dash-cam so they are not getting recorded for whatever reasons. If they cannot do a service visible snd they do whatever it take to hide then there us a reason not to be trusted as garage. The car had all fluids changed (what was payed) but behaves as nothing was changed, and I been given no reason they did what I payed them to do.

Yes, I agree, you do have trust issues. Maybe you should work on these.
If you would have had the common decency to call us at the workshop, then we would have been happy to explain that the MOT bay requirements state that 'non recording' cameras are in situ - please take that up with the DVSA!
The workshop itself has CCTV and a high degree of security. There are many reasons why we disconnect vehicle dash cameras, as the signs located around the garage and waiting areas indicate - this question would also have been answered, if you had had the decency to call our ever helpful Reception staff.
Thanks for the random picture of a bolt - not sure why you took a picture - probably them trust issues you need to work on again.
It appears from our records that you purchased this vehicle from an existing customer of ours, who had happily been returning to us for servicing, MOT's and maintenance without any issues, each year since 2018, so we know the car well.
After 30 successful years of trading - your comments are an insult to me and my Team!!
They do not inform about their demands beforehand when you agree with the policy(not fair to receive such demands without being informed at the moment the policy is agreed) Reason enough to consider next best quote just to avoid the headache
