Trust issues - extreme caution
Update: Each has to decide …who has trust issues, the garage that disconnect the customers dash camera (without asking) that is designed to monitor driving(not service on the car) or the customers that are not even offered a minimum facility (in your own waiting space) to observe the work.
The car was not in for MOT and was not serviced in MOT area.
After 30 years of trade your practices are an insult for any of your existing and potential new customers.
Trust issues. They do not have cameras to see what service they do to your car. They have 2 cameras that covers MoT area only. They also disconnected my dash-cam so they are not getting recorded for whatever reasons. If they cannot do a service visible snd they do whatever it take to hide then there us a reason not to be trusted as garage. The car had all fluids changed (what was payed) but behaves as nothing was changed, and I been given no reason they did what I payed them to do.
