Do not use branded surveys.

Like many other survey websites, they track your online activity and that's how they target you with specific surveys. For example, if you recently visited starbucks, trust that they know and will send out a survey asking you to review your favourite coffee stores.

If your privacy is not enough of a reason to stay away from this platform, it's deceptive. In the beginning when you first join, you'll get lots of survey opportunities and will see your points boost and you'll quickly earn.

It seems as though for branded surveys and many other survey sites, 'familiarity breeds contempt'. The more you use, the more you'll notice that you get disqualified for surveys and the slower you'll see your points rise which means less earning.

Another point is that you may complete a full survey and dedicate a significant amount of time just to be shown a coded 'error' message (suspicious) or 'I am sorry but you have been disqualified due to your responses'

I decided to leave this platform so at least I am not giving permission to allow this corrupt website to steal my data and waste my time.

Poor mix up with the packaging

I want to start this review by stating my personal mistakes (overlooked due to human error & distress) before stating the mistakes of Evri:

1. The message mistakenly sent by Evri about my delivery arriving specified that it was a superdrug delivery- the other household member ordered through superdrug

2. The tracking information (email) specified at the top that it was a superdrug delivery


Me and another member of my household ordered packages from 2 different companies, AVON and Superdrug.

We both have similar phone numbers (exactly the same except from the last 2 digits). The other household member's superdrug order arrived **deliverer did not even ring the doorbell, just silently left and the other household member only knew the order had arrived via a email

I received a message that my order would be arriving on that very same day.

When I saw that my order did not arrive, I became concerned and checked the tracking information and was told that my order had arrived and a photo was attached.

I became distressed and spent the whole day believing my package had been stolen (there's been theft instances in my building).

The next day, the other member of my household told me to check the tracking information again and it was updated to show that my order had not yet arrived and the tracking number had changed. So they must have confused my number with the other household members number. The photograph attached was the photograph of the other household members delivery.

This was such a poor mistake.

On a slightly more positive note, the courier who delivered my parcel waited outside and did not just leave upon dropping the parcel.

How convenient that once i made 20…

How convenient that once i made 20 pounds my account is 'temporarily unavailable'. Thankfully i have already withdrew my money but i am still waiting for the money to be deposited in my account. If i don't see the money in 3 days (been 7 days since withdrawal)... goodbye lifepoints.

Update: Just got a email from lifepoints claiming i 'violated the LifePoints Reward Point Rules' which i DIDN'T. I completed surveys to the best of my ability including one survey that took over 50 minutes. In the email they also made sure to specify that i won't be recieving my fairly earnt £20. This website clearly wants to collect your data and then leave you with nothing. Goodbye Lifepoints
