I’m still up in the air about the Oral care product. I used it for two weeks before the controller completely froze up. I sent an email with a video, they were super helpful and immediately shipped a new one out. The new one arrived DOA. Reached back out and they shipped me a third one. I just got the third one. Seems to be working. I’ll see how long this one lasts. I haven’t seen any positive results yet because I was only able to use it for two weeks before this fiasco. Customer service did quickly remedy the problem, But two bad units out of three total is not a good track record.
