Ordered a tunic and paid for 2/3 day…

Ordered a tunic and paid for 2/3 day delivery which it stated was available, after a week of no tunic or communication I rang, to which the lady I spoke to said they were struggling with the orders and I would receive it by the end of the week, which I didn’t I actually received it about 16 days after it should have been delivered which I paid for,poor communication and customer care , and then I receive this email before I have received my refund after returning the tunic as I sourced it from elsewhere.
