I bought the back pack but it wasn’t worth the money I paid. So I asked if I could return it. I’m still waiting for my money!!!!
Please avoid this company. Also M&M sports sell the same backpack for half the price so you are not getting the crossbody for free . It’s a total scam. So buyer beware!!

It was awful mine was this morning an over an hour late. To be fair I did get a telephone call saying it was going to be late, but then it was delayed by another 20 minutes.
I had a bad night so my mind was all over the place.
The assessor called David was awful he kept trying to trip me up! God knows why. Then he kept saying the line was bad even though I could hear him perfectly.
I kept telling him I had not left the house in years, but he refused to believe me. I told him what was wrong with me.
All I could do was cry. How can someone remember something when they had a stroke which affects the memory and I kept telling him this. It was awful. The worst assessment I have ever experienced in my life. He wasn’t a dr and he couldn’t answer my questions.
I know I have lost it.
How can you assess someone on the phone answer is you cant!!

Royal Mail are terrible I am still waiting from an order from the 10th of September. And their staff who think it’s clever to go on strikes all the time.
Go ahead as you won’t have a job soon. I won’t even use them to post my parcels and I own a small company. I have gone to a more reliable service. Vote with your feet . I don’t even feel sorry for them anymore . They are just greedy.

I have had problems getting my money back from this company. This is the second time. I should have learnt from the first. But no sadly I did not.
And I also got some boots in the sale and one of the eyelets was detached!! I am sad to say this company only thinks about profits and some really poor taste designs.
