Flexibility and Professional

The booking process was simple, Arrived early due to a site visit ending early and was seen had medicals and left before the original appointment time.
Flexibility that enabled us to get out of London before the rush hour and was greatly appreciated.
Staff were proffesional, efficient and explained things in terms that were easy to understand.
Would definately use again.

The trainer (Jake) was excellent and…

The trainer (Jake) was excellent and obviously suited to the role. However, I felt the course was very basic, probably ok for the type of incident you would expect in an office but fell well short of an industrial injury more likely to be experienced in the construction industry.
The course meets the requirement of the HSE but I would prefer to look at advanced options in the future.

The trainer was exceptional

The trainer was exceptional, kept the attention of the whole class throughout the duration of the course and had an amazing recollection of peoples names, making the course fell like a personal experience.

The item was not delivered

The item was not delivered, not carded as was claimed, refunded several days later, tried to contact via email from website to arrange redelivery but wanted reassurance delivery would take place. Received no reply to email, still waiting. Now 7th June and still trying to resolve a delivery from 27th May. Very disappointed as this is not the ordinary level of service I have grown used to.

Further to your reply:- Yes I received an email claiming several attempts to deliver were made. But your florist is either not telling you the truth or was trying to deliver to the wrong address as the house is occupied with home workers during the day and also occupied over the weekend. No card was ever posted through the door I tried to make contact through your website as I wish to resolve this but have received no reply to my email. I am always impressed with the flowers but I am not impressed with your customer service and have been left embarrassed having missed an important date.
