I booked a one time clean at short notice. Ismael and Ali arrived right on time and were very friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again and strongly recommend.

I had an issue with my account.

I had an issue with my account. My direct debit was way too high and I had a large credit balance. My first comolaint was ignored. On a second try, Anissa was very helpful and fixed the oroblem rhe same day. Thanks to her and the company for your service.

Scam

The company enrolled me in a subscription plan without my consent. Debited my bank account without my consent and without advising me on the transaction or sending any goods. I only found out because of a bank alert.
Filed disputes claim with the bank where Manscaped is now a blocked retailer for my account. Waiting for refund. Police report will follow if it does not come as promised (the experience of many others)
Avoid this company of thieves and liars.
Update: refunded in a day thanks to my bank.
