Quality Replacement Rower

Before ordering I made an enquiry re: a comparison with concept 2 rowers (the one I had was old and tired and worn), I was recommended the Ventis 3. I must say I’m really impressed with it. The resistance is possibly similar to level 8 on the concept 2. My rehab clients love it, which is the main thing. I’m thinking of ordering one for home.

Nothing wrong with your products

Nothing wrong with your products, when I actually receive them, the problem is with the courier you use. I’m hoping you’re acting on the complaint I sent this morning.

I have checked the system and can see that the order was placed on the 20th October and despatched the same day.

Upon looking into the tracking there has been no update since the 27th. Due to the time that has elapsed it seems that the parcel may be lost in transit unfortunately.
