Want to give a big shout out to our delivery drivers Russell, Simon, and Josh REF:527.
They called an our before delivery, and showed up on time. Profession at all times they assembled our furniture to a high standard, and took away all the rubbish. They even explained the operating features of the furniture as they were electric.
Only minuses were the call centre as they are a nightmare to get hold of. No one has an hour and a half to wait on the phone. Even though they called back, And we were missing a battery back but that was an order problem not a delivery problem. Well done boys.
Shout out to Ollie as well at the Cheltenham Kingsditch store who got us the best deal and was really entertaining.

We would like to share our positive experience with the staff at TAPI Carpets. With a special thank you to Drew, David and the fitters that we had the pleasure of meeting through our home upgrade! What a truly wonderful and down to earth team you all are! The service was second to none and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and expertise for the two times that we visited the store! We had our bathroom Vinyl replaced as unfortunately this needed to be replaced due to being a small damp area and did not want to leave this as it was but Drew worked with us to replace this as efficiently as possible and we are honestly so impressed with the service that we had to share our experience!
