Complete shambles from start to finish! I tried to make a booking for a hotel over 6 times and each time after my payment was approved got an error message about some problem at Roomer’s end!
I emailed customer service and got a mail back from John the customer service manager apologising and explaining that they would sort my booking out manually if I still wanted to proceed.
I confirmed I did……that is where the customer service ends!!! I never heard anything back despite me sending multiple follow up email to John and the customer service team!! They didn’t even have the good manner to reply at all!!!
None existent customer service and a platform that doesn’t work! A complete waste of time.

Similar experience to those described!! Paul is nothing short of criminal! He did damp proofing works for me and he made such a shambles of it that damp patches simply never dried out.
All his talk about builders not knowing what they are doing when it is actually him who is clueless and needs to be prosecuted for fraud.
He took the extra payment for the additional insurance and he never took the policy out. I so wish I have search this forum before I had him do the works for me.
When I had a problem with the walls not drying after his works he also told me he was on holiday for a month! Spending the thousand of pounds he fraudulently takes from customers!
I am not going to rest until he faces court and is ruined! If any one on the forum wants to join forces to bring tie charlatan to account then happy to do so
My items still haven’t arrived 2 weeks later!!! The courier has obviously lost them but you refuse to send replacements! Comically tou send me feedback about good that you still haven’t delivered

I have looked into this and can see that you have been in contact with my colleague Alfie. Alfie has explained that we had to wait whilst Evri conducted a search. In the meantime i can see that he has raised a resend for all items on your order. If you could update your review confirming this it would be greatly appreciated.
Drivers spent most of the time complaining about the job being difficult. Took twice as long as our last move with the same items being moved.
Broke two very expensive items during the move. I have raised these with both driver and compare the man and van and have had no response. I had to get another delivery company a few days later to move items that the drivers you sent wouldn’t fit in the lift and so refused take!! The other drivers got it in the lift with no issues and without complaints!
