Online shopping with them us an…

Online shopping with them us an experience fraught with headaches.
You select a reta location, it has stock, you order and the system splits your order and has multiple delivery days fir one order. This means planning and waiting, delivery dates change, reschedule. But home depot doesn't care.

Give your customers control, show warehouse stock and locations. Allow us to select.
No wonder your loosing Buisness.

My cabinets arrived Monday but the hardware isn't till Saturday as they shipped it ground from Ontario to Alberta.

Keep minimum inventory in warehouse for online orders or ship from nearest RETAIL STORE!

You failed to monitor your comms…

You failed to monitor your comms channels properly.
You missed my email requesting to combine 2 orders.
Then faild to correct it while the package was still in YOUR CONTROL!!!!

You wrote to us at 4:45 on Friday afternoon right before a long weekend. We did not see your email that night, as we were on the phone assisting other customers. We are closed on the weekend and do not respond to emails while we spend time with our families. We called first thing Tuesday morning to let you know your package was on track to be delivered the next day. While it is regrettable that we missed your request, the good news is we already covered the shipping costs on both orders. How SGB Fail their CUSTOMERS

8 placed a 2nd order, and while this one was in progress, I emailed and asked to combine. You took and processed the payment, put new order in progress AND FAILED TO COMBINE.

Emails to this company are not monitored properly and cause FAILURES, causing them to FAIL THEIR CUSTOMERS.
