I recently had my lens experience an issue with the coating on the lens just prior to the 2 year mark. While it remains a mystery to me what caused this I did get a replacement pair which I felt was decent on the part of SmartBuyGlasses. I appreciate the fact they understood the situation and dealt with it accordingly.

The Sun Life app can’t be relied on to determine eligibility. Specifically the optometrist section of the app doesn’t provide next date of eligibility. Instead it gives what is called an “AS OF” date which is just merely the query date, it said 100% coverage. Misleading. They denied the $168 exam cost saying it was before the 24 months. They knew when the eligibility date was, but nowhere on the Sun Life app or client web portal could I find this information. So beware, they will screw you over and not take accountability for their shortcomings.

I ordered Advantix K9 flea and tic from Vivapets Canada thinking this product was in stock and was shipping domestically. After about a week and nothing I received an email with tracking information saying the Advantix was shipping from Portugal. I later determined from the manufactures that Vivapets is not a Canadian authorized seller and I should be suspicious of what I’m receiving. I initiated a PayPal dispute as I am concerned my item is not legit.
