Don't recommend. You need a membership to order, so prices aren't as low as advertised. You're also signed up for automatic renewal at £48 a year and Welleasy CLAIMS that you'll receive a reminder email 5 days before renewal, that's a lie. I checked my email history and received a notice over 2 weeks before renewal, less than halfway into my trial. I'm sure they bank on most people not remembering that far out to cancel their trial, as I received no further reminders. Additionally, the rewards system might as well be a scam. All of the redeemable discounts have a ridiculously high minimum spend, like £45 to use a £5 voucher, and you can't see that if you don't have enough points to redeem, so I had been reviewing products to earn enough points for the £15 voucher, only to find out I need to spend £75 before the discount just to use it. No thanks!! And finally, orders take a long time to get sent out, and my most recent order was over a dozen cans of coconut water, which were all thrown haphazardly into a way too big box with no packing material, and arrived dented. I was lucky I didn't order any chips or other fragile snacks with the cans, they wouldn't have survived. Because of all of this, I don't recommend this company. It's a headache to deal with and the savings aren't actually that great.

I was initially very nervous about using this third party company after paying for my shipping label and then seeing overwhelmingly negative reviews about being charged additional fees for customs or incorrect dimensions/weight. I made sure to take multiple pictures of the box being measured and weighed. I opted for UPS collection and UPS showed up on time and collected my oversized (and heavy) package with no issues. The shock came when I checked tracking info and discovered the package was delivered in TWO DAYS. Shipped from the UK to midwest USA. No delays at customs whatsoever, which is typically the case for smaller packages I've shipped to the US. Departed Monday, arrived Wednesday morning. That's pretty incredible. And it was cheaper than Royal Mail, who I usually use and who is usually cheaper. So it was significantly faster, and cheaper. I don't usually write positive reviews for mundane things like shipping packages, but felt compelled to after stressing out about it being a scam, as many negative reviews seem to claim. Everything worked out for me, and I will be using them again in the future.

Some of the donuts tasted great (salted caramel & banana cream) and I can appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the level of presentation. However some flavors were not great, bordering on inedibly bad like pistachio rose (and I love pistachio). Additionally, the strawberry banana smoothie flavor I ordered was substituted with a vegan chocolate donut which didn't taste great, and I was given no information about this substitution prior to receiving the delivery 2 days later. When I emailed to enquire about this, they didn't offer any refund, just a measly 10% discount on a future order. Well when I went to place another order a while later, I've discovered they no longer ship to my address. So much for that. I think the donuts are very overpriced for flavors to be as hit or miss as they are, and subpar customer service when things go wrong.

I'm an American living in the UK and didn't realize how many comfort foods I'd miss until I couldn't have them anymore. Unfortunately there aren't suitable replacements for many of my favorites in the UK, but luckily AmericanFizz carries most of them year round, and have reasonable prices for the most part compared to other snack retailers. Packaging is always on point. Tons of bubble wrap, fragile things get put inside their own box within the larger box, I haven't had anything crushed or damaged in the 3 or 4 orders I've had so far. And shipping is free after £50 so it's much appreciated! This most recent order was placed on a Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Can't complain! My other orders arrived quickly as well, but not THAT quickly lol. I'm happy to recommend AmericanFizz based on price, availability of actual American snacks (not just a few mixed in with UK/Canadian goods like other retailers...) and speed of delivery. This is not a sponsored review, I'm just really happy that I can easily get my comfort snacks without having to pay a fortune and have had good consistent service from this company, and saw a few negative reviews so I thought I'd put my experience out there.

5 stars for the quality, packaging, aesthetic, customer service and affordability. These are hands down the most posh wax melts I've ever seen. Everything feels luxurious from the quality of the packaging, the design, the dried herbs and flowers in every melt, the fragrance blends. I cannot believe they're less than £5 per brick. Such a value for the clear amount of time and care that went into them. I see a lot of negative reviews about the customer service but I emailed them a day after placing my order, asking if I could add another wax melt before it shipped, and they responded the very next day with an invoice and it was all squared away, and the order arrived within their stated timeframe of 5-7 days.

But I do want to say that one thing I didn't see mentioned in any review, positive or negative, is how floral/patchouli forward almost all of the scents are. They are true to their descriptions but almost always with a strong flowery or almost perfumey undertone. They remind me a lot of incense sticks. If you love floral, spicy, patchouli notes then you will adore every scent from this brand. I'm not a big fan of floral or patchouli (happy to light one up every now and then, but not all the time) so I was a little disappointed in some of the scents, but again it's really up to personal taste and I know people who would love the scents that I'm not a fan of, so it's still 5 stars from me. My personal preference doesn't detract from the quality and value of this brand.

What a joke of a website, can't believe anyone falls for this fake crap 😂 fake loading bars as if it takes more than 0.1 seconds to search the little fake database. A million popups warning you that the information revealed might surprise you 😱 Prompts that force you to engage with the website while a 5 minute timer counts down so you can't just do something else while waiting. And at no point in the process are you informed that it'll cost a hefty subscription fee to view the info you've just spent 20 minutes trying to obtain. Yeah right! 😂 Most of the information is outdated or simply not true. This is not an accredited or fact checked database, it's just a scam to take your money. The only info they have is public info that they've scoured from the Internet, you can find it all yourself, FOR FREE. Do not give them a single cent.

Was trying to use Skrill to buy Dark and Darker on August 7th, servers were down due to the massive influx of people all trying to buy it at the same time. I tried once an hour but Skrill kept saying unsuccessful. Eventually another payment method worked and I didn't give Skrill another passing thought. Then a week ago I realized they did in fact charge me. I reached out to D&D first but received no response from their small team, then attempted to call Skrill and was put through a nonstop loop of "please enter your customer id for faster service or stay on the line" Except no one ever picks up, it's a dead line. I have no customer ID because I can't log into my account at all. Skrill asks me to authenticate the account with my customer ID, which I can't get without logging into the account. I've filled a dispute with my bank. Eat sh**.

Awful cheap quality. Just another run of the mill drop ship company selling rebranded Wish clothing. The underwear is paper thin stamped out designs that give you wedgies and make you sweat. I also ordered 10 pairs of their socks and 8 of the pairs had one child sized sock and one extra large sock. I'm a size 7.5 so neither sock was comfortable to wear even if I mismatched the designs. When I reached out to them about the socks, they said "sorry, no refunds, socks are one size fits all!" When I said they're obviously NOT all one size, their response was to tell me to donate them. Don't waste your money. They delete negative reviews and comments on their social media. It's all a sham.

Ordered underwear, socks and a sleep set. Didn't like any of it, except for maybe some of the socks. The socks are listed as one size fits all but they're all vastly different sizes, ranging from 5.5 all the way up to 9. Some pairs were tight on my feet and others were loose and baggy. And they're so thin that my feet slip around in my shoes. Not great. The sleep set is soft but not at all worth $45. The pattern on the shorts was poorly matched together in the front so it looks like it's being worn backwards and has to be pulled up above your belly button to look like the cute website images, otherwise it gives you a baggy grandma crotch. The underwear was the worst. You can see glue smeared around the seams and the cut is so awkward. They're seamless so they're supposed to be invisible under clothes but the cut curves inwards on your cheeks so it gives you a constant wedgie and it digs into your cheeks, giving the appearance of pantylines if you're wearing leggings or tight jeans. Totally defeats the purpose of being seamless, and very uncomfortable to have to dig out every 5 minutes. I don't expect them to last a single wash either. (For reference I'm 5'3" 135lbs and ordered mediums)

I paid extra for the size exchange and contacted customer service about the mismatched sizes on the socks. They immediately responded by saying socks weren't covered by the size exchange (no explanation given for why not) and that all socks were final sale, no refunds for any reason including defects. They don't stand behind their own products. I cancelled my subscription immediately. Don't bother trying them because of the first time promotions. It's cheap garbage, nobody actually continues the subscription once they see the poor quality but that's how this business is intended to run.
