Been using parcelforce for nearly two year now and it's very clear there is deep routed issues inside this business that needs fixing with the staff all the way to the website.

We send over 200 large parcels a month and when there in an issue you will be called by a withheld number rudely greeted by an assistant that doesn't care in the slightest with the same repeated words 'there's nothing we can do about it'

The live chat appears and disappears off the website on a daily basis, getting through on the phone is no easier.

The problem with this company is the internal leadership and it has a knock-on effect through the staff, no one has any empathy even for business customers who generate the income for staff wages and line shareholders pockets, We have switched to DHL parcel UK, it's a lot cheaper and you can actually speak to someone who cares, the shipping times are quicker especially international.

Ignorant depot staff who ignore when you ring the bell, office staff couldn't care less, delivery drivers are nice enough.

They are not bad at UK delivery but anything overseas you might as well send a message in a bottle.
