Should be name Nazi Post currently!
Each parcel I was posting with multivitamins and supplements was opened by them. They keep the parcels and return stating " incomplete custom declaration " while everything was done properly - never was issue with any other countries I posted to. If you want to post to this country from the UK - avoid them and pick different courier.

Not recomended flights from this company. I cancelled a flight day after booking, and no one told me that cancellation fee will be total what I paid for the ticket!

First , the parcel disappeared for 10 days , after my message they found it. I posted parcel to Gambia and what was surprise when parcel arrived to South Korea! How long it takes to destination, it will.be month soon then Will see.

I has second time situation that was waiting for the parcel 2 days as tracking was changed and on the second day while waiting was notification that driver was attempting delivery while no one was here (even have cctv)
Contacted customer service regarding it and seems like it is a standard of this company.

I ordered the flowers for birthdays 2 weeks before to make sure that will be on time. Unfortunately today's birthday are without flowers from me. I am a bit worried what condition of flowers will be if will be delivered next day? Not recommending.

AVOID!
Last year I was paying £62.24 and year after they charged me £164.10!
I didn't add any new functions or anything like that. With their prices I recommended godaddy or Wix which ate much cheaper!
Update: they replied to my email and said that it was added service which they charged for. i can remove it and credit will be applied. But basic price from £60 went up to £80.
In summary is good to find more stable service when you do not expect price increase every year

It's not great company. I lost £300+ pounds for a case because customer didn't remember that ordered the products. I hade full confirmation of delivery with same person signature and surname. Lost money and lost products. If you have prices above 100+ is good to avoid this company. Another issue is update, when customer decide to cancel an order which was paid by card throughout Square from May they will not issue a refund for the transaction. That's another risk for businesses

I was having account with them quite long time and just received an email that they will close an account with them because they want only LTD customers. That is not trustful company at all. Luckily I open account with Barclays Business and they have 1% cashback without any fees for it. Then more trustful bank then them. Recommended to avoid this brand.

My account was hacked and they have issue to fix the problem. They ask me to change an email address by form but not any mobile number or other additional emails which can be use to reset the password. Then my email was changed but phone number not, where hacker still can use to access my account. Completely terrible service. I will change it on the end of contract. Another thing every year price upgrade, even you see low price you will be charged more and more every year.
