I sent a phone in, I received a phone call and was back and forth with a lady - negotiating the price. I came to the conclusion of wanting my phone back instead because the price wasn't good at all, and I was told that this would be arranged.

A few hours later, I get a message from my banks saying "£x" had been deposited! I am incredibly frustrated and confused. This is insane. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE HERE. I am waiting for an email back or a call back to get this resolved.

It's been a week since my order was dispatched, and I have been waiting everyday hoping it would arrive, since it was a gift. I realised the parcel was showing it was getting sent back, and I got my friend another present instead. I contacted regarding my refund, assuming it would be processed promptly due to the fact I have waited a week for a delivery that never came and is now getting returned back to sender, but I was told to wait longer until it gets sorted out on their end.

It is so frustrating to wait day after day, hoping the order would come, then have to buy another gift last minute, then wait longer for the item to get returned, and still to be told to wait longer until it gets received and whatever for the refund to be processed. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Around 13 hours worth of lessons with Cameron so far, and already driving on a motorway. He's been very helpful in learning everything from the basics to the more advanced topics, in such a short span of time. I feel very confident and it shocks me that I'm driving on such high speeds road with complete confidence so soon. Highly recommend Cameron to anyone looking to start driving! :)

Only a couple of lessons in with Cameron, but he's been an amazing teacher. He's been calm and polite throughout while creating a sense of comfortability that I say is important when learning to drive. Already on main roads and feel very confident. Hands down amazing experience so far.
