The absolute WORST company to deal with! Do not use this company. I have contacted their support email, they have replied with “scripted” computer replies and are unable to provide the correct subscription details to match our account. We have provided them payment receipt's. We have NOT received a sign up welcome letter or any info just monthly deductions. We have now contacted our bank as we believe they are debiting our account incorrectly. It has been a nightmare!!!!

Be aware they are very unhelpful if you accidentally order the wrong size. I emailed them very quickly after placing my order and days before my order was shipped. I had to wait for it to be delivered, return it, wait a further 5-7 days for a credit voucher to buy the new dress. NO REFUDS!!! So even if I reorder the new size straight away NO REFUND for the returned dress. Now the dress is out of stock!!!! Yes it was my fault but I a very disappointed customer.
