I bought a set of crockery, the plates of which had the base ridge showing, which didn’t show on the online product shots and didn’t match the side plates. Having contacted them to ask for a refund as they were faulty. Buzz Catering said they weren’t faulty and if I wanted to return them I do so at my own cost and a 25% restock fee. Not happy.

I have a voucher to use with Home to Lab and I’m having trouble using it. I am trying to contact them but there’s no email or phone number on their site. It says there’s live chat but there isn’t. I’ve got others to check but it’s just not there.

Very good experience. Our sales assistant was Dan and he was very helpful.
