I have been discussing some of the work required at Knightwood Lodge. Tatyana, the property manager, has been excellent. She has delivered on all requests and kept me updated throughout. I have been extremely happy with the support and service provided

I have tried several times to cancel my membership but they keep stealing my money even though customer services have promised to cancel the membership.
They don’t respond on chat and their website is uselessness as when you try to cancel you eventually end up in a loop taking you back to choose a plan.
This is fraudulent activity and they need to get their act together.
I will never use them again.

Fantastic quality and service with that little bit extra. Will definitely shop with Cox & Cox again
