Really helpful team of two people. Carried the large parcel across the little green in front of our house.

They also gave us a time window the night before - and then rang me 15 minutes before they arrived.

I found Blue Horizon to be very helpful. I am a newbie to having a private blood test done. They answered my queries promptly and I received my results, together with feedback from the company’s GP (no extra charge), within a week of the test being taken.

I am now a bit further down the road to understanding my hypothyroidism.

I would certainly recommend Blue Horizon and am sure I will be using them again.

Our grandson lost his phone this morning. We were able to contact the team at ParentShiled and Paul kindly put the phone, via the ParentShield sim, into ultra-secure mode. The phone was then found and the person who found it was able to make contact with me - one of the two secure numbers - and I was able to retrieve the phone.

Erin Harper was extremely helpful in finding the answer to my question.

They provided a mobile number and the name of the driver. The notifications were helpful and enabled me to plan my day. They were very polite.

The delivery instructions said specifically not to leave the parcel outside our front door. We don’t have an enclosed porch and have had parcels stolen as the parcel is visible from the footpath which is a few feet from our front door.
