I recently purchased a Range Rover Velar from Hitchfield’s and overall had a positive experience. Neil was helpful throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly.

A small issue with a dent/mark was noticed in the days before pick-up, but Neil and other staff at Hitchfield’s were quick to address it and ensured it was resolved before I collected the car. I appreciated the communication and the effort put into making sure the car was in great condition by the time it was ready. The video of the car was also really helpful for the fact we live quite a distance away.

Overall, I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend Neil and Hitchfields to others.

Well just like all the other reviews... attempted delivery 1 actually tried to deliver and call. Attempted delivery 2 - apparently attempted to deliver. Funny that our camera never picked anyone up throughout the 2 hour time frame for delivery. No door bell pressed. No missed call. Not even left in the safe place like requested.
What an awful company. Refuse to pay the 7p a minute so the main company is going to have to resolve it!
Beyond ridiculous and really not what I want to be spending my time doing!
