I'm surprised by the poor reviews. It works well in my experience, not a replacement for coding, but takes out much of the drudge.

I like the APIs, but the support staff are usually borderline rude and unpleasant. I don't feel great about giving these guys my money.

My wife bought trecking poles advertised as new condition. They arrived and were well worn and no longer functional. Customer service refuse to address the fraud because it took more than 4 days to pick up the goods from the collection point. Absolutely incredible.
[edit - they eventually relented and refunded, so added two stars, still I wouldn't use this site again]

J’ai fait une demande pour ouvrir un compte, puis téléchargé plein de documents comme demandé. ils m’ont ensuite envoyé en e-mail qui m’était bien adressé avec mon prénom, écrit correctement come sur tous les autres documents fournis…:

Ç’etait envoyé d’une adresse ‘noreply’ sans numéro de téléphone donc fait exprès pour être impossible de discuter. Ils m’ont aussi proposés de recommencer du début de leur processus, qui bien sûr ne marcherait pas une deuxième fois non plus…

Boursorama ce que vous faites est loin d’être correct. Il faut respecter le temps des autres.

I used cartegrise.com for the import of a VW T5 camper van conversion into France.

During the process CarteGrise.com contacted me to say that they needed to change the vehicle type that I'd specified and that this change required an additional €2,600, which I paid.

Unfortunately the van then failed its Controle Technique, due to the vehicle type being incorrect due to their changes (the extra charge was therefore unecessary).

It is very hard to get through to cartegrise as their response time to messages on their online system is "42 hours ouvrables" i.e. over a week! Their premium rate support line is not callable from my UK or FR mobiles.

I was not called back as suggested below, but when I eventually got through to someone they were helpful and it seems believable that they will sort things out.

Really good reliable service, great interface, range of account types, option to use ProRealTime as well as a REST API. Customer support is good. For 5 stars the API would allow you to access price/value information.

Terrible support. The parts are good, really nice stuff, but you're on your own if they go wrong.
I bought a power meter advertised for pushing your limits and extreme mountain biking. Clipped a rock within a couple of months and that was the end of it. SRAM wouldn't fix it and would only offer a discount on a new one.

They were great - ordered about €1.2k of parts, which arrived on time and as expected. Also much cheaper than other shops. I had to clarify some questions with support and they were responsive.
