Gatwick drive through test facility is quick and efficient with pleasant staff.
However disappointed in lack of flexibility to change test date by one day to be able to use as fit to fly having given several days notice. Stuart from the ‘Helpdesk’ was pointedly unhelpful. Given the PCR test is the same and the unit cost for fit to fly is actually lower, the disappointing conclusion was it was simply price gouging.
